Minutes of June 18, 2021 ISTA Board of Directors Meeting held at Brittany Shooting Park
The meeting was called to order by incoming President Charlie Bickle

Central Zone: Steve Carver, Mike Dennis, Bill Maiden, Kevin Wunder
Northern Zone: Charlie Bickle, Pat Haskins, Bill Huhn, Stan Systo
Others: Joan Davis, ISTA Secretary
SECRETARY’S REPORT – Ned Meyer made a motion to waive the reading of the minutes and accept the minutes as presented by email from the Secretary; seconded by Pat Haskins. Motion carried.
TREASURER’S REPORT – Ned Meyer had given the Treasurer’s report at the Annual Meeting so there was no need to present it again.
OLD BUSINESS
•Kudos were given to Mike & the trophy committee for the trophies we awarded and the distribution of them. Mike said to wait until Ned gets the final figures to see if they saved any money this year.
•Mike gave kudos to Ned for the amount of money he has saved ISTA and also money he has made for ISTA through investments. Everyone also said what a great job he did on the program.
•Joan told the board she talked to Michelle & Lauren and offered to work directly with the AIM coaches to get their teams their 2022 stickers instead of them all going to the smaller clubs and buying them during small shoots & tying up the line.
NEW BUSINESS
Vice Presidents for 2021/2022 -- Southern Zone – Frank Payne and Central Zone – Bill Maiden
ATA DELEGATE REPORT
Bill Duncan had given the delegate report at the Annual Meeting therefore there was no delegate report given at this meeting.
Next ISTA Meeting – Sept 11, 2021, at Downers Grove Sportsmen Club after shooting has ended for the day.
ADJOURNMENT - Motion to adjourn was made by made Ned Meyer; Stan Systo seconded the motion. Motion carried.
